Returns & exchange
All our products are handled with care and we hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item please return it to us for exchange or a full refund – this applies only to standard slides. To receive a refund please contact us within 14 days from the next day after receiving your item. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We kindly ask you to return goods to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery, therefore we recommend an insured and track mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.Non-refundable: Returns cannot be made on bespoke items – custom slides.
All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. We aim to dispatch within 2 business days of receiving your order for standard slides. Delivery is normally the next working day after dispatch, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in the UK. If you need your items sooner please contact us to arrange express delivery. Custom slides may take up to 30 days to deliver, depending on customisations. If an item is out of stock please email us to find out if and when it will be coming in again, as we refresh page on a regular basis.
